All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 24 hours only if: Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase. In case of a glass product a flyer opening video is necessary as mentioned in the description of the product to claim the exchange NOTE: exchange request will not be approved in glass product if a video is not provided In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 24 hours of receiving the product 2.
