POLICIES

 All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 24 hours only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase.
  • In case of a glass product a flyer opening video is necessary as mentioned in the description of the product to claim the exchange NOTE: exchange request will not be approved in glass product if a video is not provided

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 24 hours of receiving the product

2. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, and handling costs.

  • All products can be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing
  • If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery
  • The complete exchange process will take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities

4. Discounted Items cannot be returned/exchanged.

5. Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned products.
